How the hell does that happen? Ashley Tisdale is a below crap actress/singer/dancer. In fact calling her those things are an insult to those professions. At least Charlize Theron doesn't need plastic surgery to look good. Ashley Tisdale got a nose job, and she still looks so hideous.

Her nude friend Vanessa Hudgens came in at #12?! Way above Jessica Alba. I mean I think Jessica Alba is a bit overrated, but she's better looking than Vanessa Hudgens, Hilary Duff, and Avril Lavigne. Hilary Duff looks like a horse!
